anyways my PC and modem are plugged into a belkin surgemaster, just
for added safety.
Only have two plugs. so one is an extension for the PC,
Monitors, Speakers and another extension on that one for the laptop
and stuff. The other plug's dedicated to the modem. 
I managed to setup the second screen, all I needed was a HDI-I
plug. So awesome.
